Highway Barrier: No Entry
Kind of based of a fake mobile ad I remember seeing, were it's played in a frustrating way, and the game doesn't exist lol. Thought it would be funny to make real.
Avoiding barriers, seemed to fit well with the theme. Made it a bit of a rogue-like with some of the upgrades. (would have been good to do more but been busy with other stuff.)
Controls:
-A/D keys to move.
-Spacebar to boost over barriers (when you have that upgrade).
(Also kind of works with touch on android, but need to set graphics to low)

Really fun game and glad someone has made an actual version of those stupid Facebook ads! I really liked the chopper/tank minibosses as they really changed the feel of the game from just managing static lane obstacles to having to really move around and keep track of a lot of things on the screen.
Love that the cannon is literally a ship's cannon too, that got a laugh. Really smooth presentation as well, love that the main menu goes straight into the game and restarting does the same thing with the camera. Great work as always, congrats!
The environment feels like a fever dream.. Def like one of those fake game ads lol
Such a cool idea for an endless runner though! Having enemies and getting roguelite type upgrades added depth!
